Most Hated Gear takes pride on all our products we make. We are committed to motivating athletes through our performance apparel and gear in pursuit of their goals and dreams. If you experience any issues with quality or performance of any of our products, we’ll make it right.
Need To Return Items Purchased?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you cannot locate your original packing slip, please go to your online account history to find the order number assigned to the gear you’re returning. Please note that all refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
If there’s actually something wrong with your gear, we want to know. If the product is torn, defected by the customer, stained or appears that it was worn. Your return request for an exchange or refund will be denied.
How much does it cost to return my gear?
If you purchased your gear on our website and it was defected. Please login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please state the reason for your return request. If its an incorrect or defective item. We will send you a pre-printed label at our expense. We will notify via email of your return request and ship your new product back with in 3-5 days we recieve the item.
If the product was ordered wrong (wrong size or wrong item) on your behalf. Please login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please state the reason for your return request. Shipping to and from will need to be paid by the customer.
Can I Return/Exchange A Gift?
If you received Most Hated Gear as a gift and need to return or exchange it. We can exchange the items or issue you an Most Hated Gear Gift Card. Unfortunately, cash or credit refunds cannot be issued when returning a gift. Please ship back at your expense using the carrier of your choice and save the tracking number.
Can I Return an item I purchased at an event?
If you purchased a Most Hated Gear product at an event and need to return or exchange it. We can exchange the items or give your a refund for the item. As long as it is not is torn, defected, stained or appears that it was worn. Your return request for an exchange or refund will be denied. If the item needs to be shipped to our destination. You the customer will be responsible to pay for shipping to and from.
How Long Does It Take To Process Returns?
It takes approximately 10-14 days to process a return once we receive your items. Please note this does not include time in transit.
When Should I Expect To See My Refund?
If you requested a refund, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your payment. Please note it can take 5-7 days for your refund payment to process, depending upon your financial institution and after inspecting the returned item if it was delievered.
How Long Before I Receive My Exchange?
Exchanges will be shipped out within 3-5 days of processing your return.
How Can I Track My Exchange?
Once your exchange has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a new tracking number.
What Do I Do If I Received A Wrong Or Damaged Item?
In the rare occasion that your gear is damaged upon arrival, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, shipping to any destination will be a flat rate of $6.50 via USPS.
What shipping providers do you offer and from where?
We mostly used The Postal Service to ship out all Most Hated Gear products. Unless another provider is requested by the customer or it was more cost effective for us.
We ship all our products from Most Hated Gear's hometown Laredo, Texas.
Do you offer Saturday deliveries?
Unfortunately we do not offer Saturday deliveries at this time, but we are continually working to provide our customers with the best service possible.
Do you offer local pick up to avod paying shipping?
Yes, Most Hated Gear offers local pick up at the customers request.
I have not received my order, how can I track it?
Most Hated Gear will send you a shipment confirmation with tracking information for your reference. Please check your spam folder and make sure Most Hated Gear is an accepted email address. Lost your original email confirmation? Visit the track my order page under my account for additional information.
Can I ship to an APO, FPO, DPO address?
Yes, we can ship to an APO, FPO, or DPO address with delivery from the US Postal Service using FedEx SmartPost. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
